Keniri is open: start free, go further if you want to
Until today, Keniri was a private beta: you needed an invitation from me to try it. From today, anyone can. Put your email in on keniri.com and you'll be sent your own link to start.
Thank you to everyone who tested the beta. A lot of what's live today came straight from their feedback: talking it through on a call, practical tips in the report, and the birth card woven through it rather than tacked on at the end.
How it works
Keniri is a conversation, not a quiz. It asks about real moments from your life (times things went the way you wanted, times they didn't, times you surprised yourself) and follows up on what you say. Then it writes you a report in plain language about how you think, what drives you and how you are with people. Every insight quotes your own words back to you, so you can see where it came from.
You can talk it through on a call, like a phone call, or type. You can switch between the two whenever you like, and stop and come back within 7 days of your last answer.
What's free
The conversation up to your Report Preview, usually 12 answers and about 20 minutes, and the Report Preview itself. That part is free. Free calls are limited to 20 minutes in all.
The Report Preview covers four parts: how you think, what drives you, where you feel exposed, and how you are with people. It also has a sample of one section from the full report and a tip for each area.
Want to see where it goes first? Start a free conversation and stop at the Report Preview if that's enough. Start talking
What the full report adds
If you want to go further, you carry on the same conversation, usually to 30 to 36 answers, about half an hour to an hour in all. The full report then adds:
- Four more sections: how you work best, what happens under pressure and how you recover, what you need from the people around you, and where you have room to grow.
- Four pictures of you: what kept coming up, what pulls you both ways, what fills you up and what drains you, and what tends to happen when things get hard.
- More things to try, at work, with the people closest to you and socially, each from something you said.
- Your birth card and a second card, from your date of birth, with a few short notes beside the insights where the card echoes what you said, or differs from it.
The full report is a one-off payment, not a subscription: £15 in the UK, $19 in the US, and £15 in your own currency in most other countries, with calls included. You see the price before you pay. Payments are handled by Link, a Stripe service.
If you're not happy with your full report, tell us within 30 days and we'll give you a free retake: a fresh conversation and a new report. The terms have the details.
What happens to what you say
- Your report is yours to read. A Report Preview is kept for 30 days, so you can carry on to the full report from it. A full report is kept for 12 months.
- Your answers aren't kept for long. After a Report Preview, your conversation is kept for those 30 days so you can carry on; after a full report, your answers are deleted as soon as it's written. If you tick the box to let us keep them, it's 12 months.
- No recordings are kept by Keniri. On a call, what you say is turned into text, and that's what the report quotes. The privacy notice has the details.
What's next
Two-person readings, where you and someone close to you each have a conversation and then read one page about how you fit together, are coming later. You can already see an example.
If you'd like to see what a full report looks like before you start, Beth's example report is a real Keniri report, written for a fictional person.
