Beta terms
Last updated 10 October 2026.
These terms cover the Keniri beta: the invitation-only conversation and the report it writes for you. They sit alongside our privacy notice, which explains what happens to your information. By taking part you agree to them. If you don't, please don't use the beta.
Who we are
Keniri is a trading name of Spencer Stern (Stern Consulting). You can reach us at hello at keniri dot com.
Who can take part
The beta is for people aged 18 or over whom we've invited. Your invitation link is personal: anyone who has it can see your conversation and your report, so please keep it to yourself.
What Keniri is, and what it isn't
Keniri is a conversation with an AI. It asks about your life and writes you a report from your own words, for your own reflection.
It isn't therapy or counselling, and it isn't a medical or psychological assessment. It doesn't diagnose anything. Please don't rely on your report alone for important decisions about your health, work, money or relationships.
The birth card section of your report is a traditional reading worked out from the day and month you were born. It's offered for reflection, not as a prediction.
The AI can get things wrong
The questions and the report are written by an AI. It works only from what you tell it, and it can misunderstand you or get things wrong. If something in your report doesn't ring true, trust your own sense of yourself, and tell us in the feedback at the end. That helps us most.
If something feels difficult
Talking about your life can bring things up. You can stop the conversation at any time, and you don't have to answer anything you'd rather not.
If you're struggling, please talk to someone. In the UK you can call Samaritans free, any time, on 116 123, or text SHOUT to 85258. If you or someone else is in danger, call 999. Outside the UK, your local emergency number or a local helpline can help.
What you share
Answer in your own words and at your own pace. Please don't share other people's private details, or anything you'd rather we didn't hold. Please don't try to overload the beta or get it to write something harmful. If something seems broken, tell us and we'll look into it.
Your report
Your answers and your report are yours. You can print your report or save it as a PDF and share it however you like. We use your information only in the ways the privacy notice describes.
It's a beta
The beta is free. Because it's still being built, things may change, break or be unavailable for a while, and there's a limit on how many conversations can run each day. We may pause or end the beta, or an invitation, at any time, and we'll tell you first where we can.
We delete conversations and reports on the schedule in the privacy notice. If you want to keep your report, save a copy.
Our responsibility to you
We provide the beta as it is, free, for your own reflection. As far as the law allows, we aren't responsible for decisions you make because of your report, or for any loss caused by the beta being unavailable.
Nothing in these terms limits anything the law doesn't allow us to limit, such as responsibility for death or personal injury caused by negligence, or for fraud. Your legal rights as a consumer aren't affected.
Changes
If we change these terms, we'll update this page. If a change matters to people in the beta, we'll tell them by email.
The law
These terms are governed by the law of England and Wales. If you live in Scotland or Northern Ireland, you can also bring a claim in your local courts.
