Privacy notice
Last updated 2 October 2026.
Keniri is not open yet. Right now the only personal information we collect is the email address you give us when you join the waitlist. This notice explains what we do with it.
Who we are
Keniri is run by Spencer Stern, trading as Stern Consulting, who is the data controller for the information described here. We are registered with the UK Information Commissioner's Office (registration number ZC239854).
Postal address: Stern Consulting, Unit 110172, PO Box 6945, London, W1A 6US.
Email: hello@keniri.com
What we collect
- Your email address, when you join the waitlist.
- Basic technical details sent with the form, such as the time of submission, which our hosting provider uses to block spam.
Why we use it
We use your email address only to tell you when Keniri opens and to invite you to try it. We will not sell it, share it for marketing, or use it for anything else. Our lawful basis is your consent, which you give by joining the waitlist and can withdraw at any time.
Who processes it for us
The website and waitlist form are hosted by Netlify, which stores form submissions on our behalf. If we later move the waitlist to an email service to send the launch announcement, that service will process your address for us under a data processing agreement. Some of these providers are based outside the UK; where your information is transferred abroad, it is protected by safeguards recognised under UK data protection law.
How long we keep it
We keep your email address until Keniri launches and we have invited you, or until you ask us to remove it, whichever comes first. If Keniri has not launched within two years, we will delete the waitlist.
Your rights
You can ask to see the information we hold about you, have it corrected, or have it deleted. To leave the waitlist or make any request, email hello@keniri.com and we will act on it within one month.
If you are unhappy with how we have handled your information, you can complain to the Information Commissioner's Office at ico.org.uk.
Changes
When Keniri launches, this notice will be replaced with a full privacy policy covering the product itself. We will tell you about that before you use it.
